THE VISION
Founded by Clinical Trainer and Certified Aesthetic Trainer, Jessica Cipriano, The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence was established to create a future in which medical aesthetics facilities and their providers consistently achieve two primary goals:

Available in Introductory, Customized, and Refresher tiers, our expert training covers both injectables and aesthetic medical devices. Each course places a heavy emphasis on high-volume, hands-on training with patient models, including assessing core anatomical structures before each treatment.
DEVELOPMENT
COACHING &
CONSULTATION SERVICES
Our practice development coaching and consultation services include organizing workflow, establishing staff roles, creating staff incentives, developing communication strategies, form development (including consent and documentation forms), and many other administrative offerings.

THE TEAM
Jessica Cipriano, RN
Jessica is a registered nurse, former clinical director, and certified aesthetic trainer with over a decade of experience in the medical field. In 2023, she founded The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence in pursuit of creating a space under which providers would be trained under the pillars of ethics, quality, and safety.

Jessica began her career as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery at a busy University teaching hospital. She quickly rose to the role of Clinical Supervisor and had a fierce passion for taking the best possible care of her patients and mentoring her staff to do the same. She served as the Chair of numerous committees and won awards for developing protocols to improve processes that promoted patient safety.

Having always loved research and innovation, she found Aesthetic Medicine in 2017. She began her career as an Aesthetic Nurse providing both injectable services and laser/device treatments to patients. Her love for women and for education allowed her to gain notoriety in the industry within her first year.
In 2019, she assumed the role of Clinical Director at a renowned medical aesthetics practice. She brought her passion for safety, ethics, mentorship, education, and leadership together to help further develop the practice.

In 2022, Jessica began training new and intermediate level injectors and aesthetic providers on best practices in Aesthetic Medicine specifically focusing on neurotoxin, filler, IPL, radiofrequency microneedling, lasers, vaginal treatments and surgical skin tightening devices. Her training was aimed at keeping our industry ethical and patient-focused which ultimately results in a practice’s long-term success.
In 2023, Jessica founded The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence in pursuit of creating a space under which providers would be trained under the pillars of ethics, quality, and safety.
Emily Wilkey, RN
Emily is a registered nurse and advanced nurse injector highly skilled at injecting neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Bio-Stimulants. By leading with education and encouragement, she empowers her patients and students to feel comfortable and confident.

Emily graduated from The University of Oklahoma College of Nursing ABSN program in 2017. She began her nursing career in Labor and Delivery at Integris Baptist and spent 4 years there. She also spent time circulating the OR in surgery.

In 2021, Emily began her aesthetics career as a Nurse Injector working alongside Jessica in a well-known medical spa.

In 2023, she joined Jessica on frequent trips across the country to train other medical spa teams, educating providers on effectively and efficiently using various medical aesthetic devices.
As a member of The Institute, Emily helps expand our reach and further promote a culture of knowledge of anatomy, safety, and ethics within our industry.

Interested in a career as an injector in the aesthetic industry – or looking to build and refine your skillsets as a current injector? We’re now accepting beginner and intermediate clients nationwide.
BEFORE TRAINING:
Participants or trainees receive anatomy literature and diagrams to study. These structures and key elements will be discussed and reviewed in-depth during our training sessions.
AFTER TRAINING:
We consider ourselves your informal mentor and colleague in perpetuity. We will help in any way we can, including reference letters, resume review, job leads, rep networking, questions, and general support.
